Reconstruction and expansion of a timber-frame house. The former retail space on the ground floor and the manager’s apartment above were converted to a branch of a bank. In the annex of the ground floor, additionally a hair salon is located. In the upper floor, 4 units were created which received a new external access from the courtyard.
