Project management for the implementation of the infrastructure facilities at the port of Vierow in D-Brünzow:

• Development of an industrial area;
• Upgrading of port facilities;
• Organization of ecological measures;
• Process organization and assistance;
• Contract management with contracts between the community, investors and municipalities;
• Land management with preparation of contracts and negotiations for the contract;
• Organization of all necessary appointments, coordination of the partners involved.
