PARC LUXITE, L-Kockelscheuer, 2005-2010

Project management for the ParcLuxite, transformation of a former industrial site into a research and development park on the grounds of ACCUMALUX s.a. in L-Kockelscheuer / Roeser during the planning phase and the construction of the first access road (Urbanist: DEWEY-MULLER, Luxemburg, Engineer: INCA, Munsbach / L), project control during the construction of the new production hall 7 (Architect: Ballini Pitt & Partner, Luxemburg), renovation and conversion of the old fire station of Poudrerie de Luxembourg into an offices and workshops building.
