EKZ WESTPASSAGE, D-Baunatal, 2011

Baunatal Westpassage – revitalization and change of the utilization concept of a former consumer market. The ground floor of the former consumer market was used for a new REWE-Markt, and a fitness studio on the first floor. Barrier-free apartments were planned instead of the former administration and office space on the upper floors; (Büro planteam Momberg + Baumheier).
